Founding Partner

Zargham is the Founding Partner of CIEL. Zargham has substantial experience in helping early-stage and growth-stage real estate companies navigate their M&A and capital markets goals. His core responsibility at CIEL is to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of the growth objectives of partner companies. 

Prior to CIEL, Zargham managed M&A and capital markets at a private family office in the United States, where he formulated and executed strategies to conduct acquisitions and rollups of $2Bn worth of real estate portfolios in the data center, multifamily, and residential sectors. 

Prior to that, Zargham founded BlockFort Capital,  one of South Asia's first HNW backed digital assets fund - which he closed and exited with a 2x average market return. In conjunction with BlockFort, he served as an advisor to several asset-based tokenization startups. 

Zargham earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Berkeley with a focus on Behavioral Economics and Finance.
