Dave serves as an advisor to CIEL. Dave is a Managing Partner at Galaxy Data Centers and Galaxy Capital Partners, data center companies that own, operate and manage wholesale coalition and hyperscale data centers. Dave specializes in the integration of energy-efficient technologies and operating blueprints across digital infrastructure assets, and spearheads global strategy around investments and partnerships, including in collaboration with investment-grade cloud computing companies, such as Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce.com, and NTT.

Dave has had the opportunity to work alongside CEOs of Coresite and Vantage Data Centres on build-to-suit and wholesale colocation projects. Dave's career began in venture capital, where he managed a portfolio of $50m+ in investments in AI startups. 

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University and his MSx from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
