Philip serves as an advisor to CIEL. Philip brings 10+ years of experience in the law, compliance, tax, audit and finance industries, across the blockchain and sports sectors. Phillip has held various roles at Pantera Capital, Proskauer Rose LLP and the NFL, and is a member of the State Bar of California 

Most recently, Philip serves as a Strategy & Operations Manager at Autonomous and helps a handful of high net worth investors in the Caribbean to place capital in blockchain and US real estate investments.

Philip currently resides in Puerto Rico. 

Philip earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating summa cum laude and his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard University.
